 I am currently a 20 something mom of a very active and happy toddler.  I am married to a wonderful man who graduated college and has his first full time job.  I recently became pregnant for the second time and more recently found out it was twins!  I feel that I'm in for a rollercoaster ride here and would love to be able to connect with other moms for support and to help out where I can too.
