My name is Krista. I am 27 years old, living in Killeen, TX.

I love learning new things, I am always reading and researching. I am enrolled in an online Bachelors' degree program for Accounting in a research-based college. I know some people think online colleges are a scam; however, I disagree, and am learning quite a bit (and struggling a bit as well).

I have a 4 year old named Trevor. He is my only child and we have done that on purpose. I would love to talk with other women who have only one child. I think it is important to break the stereotypes that children without siblings can bring on themselves (with the unfortunate actions of parents, of course). My son is my life and I would lay down my life for him without a breath of hesitation.

I am married to an active duty Army soldier. I have been married to him for 3.5 years and he has been in the Army for 8 years. When he gets out he will have served 10 years.

We just bought our first house together and I look forward to learning what it is like to be a homeowner.
