Hello! I'm so glad to have found Cafemom and a lot of nice friends here.  I'm 36, married, with a 6 yr. old son. He's all boy! I love him to pieces. Being outside in nature with my husband of 7 years and our son, is one of the most enjoyable things for me. 

 We love simple, country living and enjoy raising chickens, flower gardening and vegetable gardening. DH is one of our local Law Enforcement officers and does very well at it! We are fascinated with the homesteading way of life and dream of living off the land in a remote cabin some day. (Preferably in Alaska or somewhere out West.) I love reading History and Biographies and often think I was born in the wrong century. ; )

I enjoy homeschooling our son, spending time outside, nature hiking, swimming, reading, cleaning, hanging clothes out to dry...and traveling on road trips!

We enjoy our church and have a heart for missions around the world. I've accepted Jesus as my personal Savior and long to know Him better daily.
