Fluids. If your child can't keep that down than you need to call a doctor. There's nothing wrong with the BRAT diet either.

Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast. Also make sure to push fluids.

He's not really sick. He's just got diarrhea. Not throwing up or anything. His appetite is fine. No fever.

I would push fluids so he doesn't become dehydrated.
