Yes some of thier presents are needed clothing items or new toothbrush or fun hygiene products. The baby I plan to buy baby food to wrap up (new flavors untried and some baby snacks).

Every year i try to get them something they want, something they need and a surprise.. And in their stockings i try to put a gag gift in there for fun. For little kids that can read or follow pictures i have created a Scavenger hunt for them on Christmas morning..I would let them open all of their presents under the tree but would have a letter or box with a clue in it so off they would go..Christmas is about memories and traditions..Not what they get..

I usually get my kids a new outfit for Christmas but not because they NEED clothes. Just because I wanted to get them a new cute outfit each. :)

I usually do some needs and some wants :) -
some things yes. like new shoes or clothes or like last year i got them each a really cool singing and light up toothbrush. but not the general things that they need like for school or day to day living no.

We all get a new pair of slippers, jammies and an outfit. They never need anything lol so fun stuff and stuff they want.
