I am planning on announcing my pregnancy at my 21st birthday dinner, since family and close friends will be there. But i have no clue what to do! Any cute ideas??

When is your 21 birthday dinner? Are you hosting it? You can put it somewhere under their plate or something then tell everyone to look at once -
I would do something with the cake too! My MIL announced our pregnancy at my husbands college graduation party. She had one cake decorated with his school signage and what not and then another cake next to it with babies all over it that said congrats Derek and Ashley. It was so funny to watch people go through the food line and freak out.

It's on march 1st. We are going to a restraunt. I was thinking something with my cake too. I always have really cute cakes like cheetah print, so everyone will be really surprise when they all see it on my cake. I was thinking maybe a cake shaped like a diaper?
