Do you need to have surgery after the baby to fix it, or will it go away on it's own?

I have this as well and it goes away on its own but it is way worse this time around now that I'm at the end. -
I had it during my first pregnancy. It took a few days after birth but it went away. GL -

I really hope this carpal tunnel goes away! It's been almost 2 weeks since I delivered, and my fingers are going numb as I type this.

It should go away on it's own because the baby is probably lying on the nerves. I had it with DD #2 and have had a lil bit of it this time as well. It went away after I had DD #2.
