hard bump from vaccine
February 2 at 10:15 PM
This past Monday my 15 month old got vaccines. He developed a lump where one shot was given and its still there. It is not hot but it is red and tender.
Has anyone had any experience with this? Is it anything to worry about or no big deal?

Yes, I would be worried and report it to VAERS

Sounds like just a reaction. Ds always had knots under his skin :/ if he doesn't have a fever and there isn't any streaking then I would at least wait until Monday and then call the dr and tell them :)

That's what I figured. He's just never had that happen before.

When Amie got her four month shots she had a hard bump that lasted at long time.  When I brought it up to he ped, he wasn't concerned.  However, this is the same ped who wasn't concerned about her eyes at all, and she has significant visual impairment
