Most of the time we just call each other by our first names. Sometimes we call each other by baby, sweetie, babe, or honey. -

bay, baby, babe, hunny we rarely use our real names unless we are 1)mad 2)really need their attention. our 2 yr old was calling me hunny for the longest time.

I call him Tez, but we also call each other love hes said babe a few times, but normally only after watching a movie with people said it lol its not common here for people to call each other babe
