Clothes was or is your 4 month old wearing? My dd can wear anything from 0-3,kinda snug, to 6-9 or 9 mos!

My ds is 2 mths n he wear 3 to 6 mths n sometimes 6 to 9 mths usually depends -
My girls were I'm 6-9. My boy was in 3-6 but almost ready for 6-9 tops. -
Probably 6-9 months and some 9 months. He wore 3 months when he came home from the hospital.

At 4mos my son was around 18lbs. He wore 12-18mos.
My daughter at 4mos wore around 6-9mos at that age. By 1yr she was in an 18mos size.

That's how my first dd was! I looked in her baby book today to compare her and my 4 month old and saw she was 18 lbs at 4 mos! My new baby is 13.11 at 4 mos. amazing how different they all are!
