Healthy?

Ok healthy moms. Yesterday I made a huge pot of veggie soup because it seems like the easiest and yummiest way to eat veggies. I used beef broth (veggie was sold out) and 1 bag cut carrots, 1 bag succotash, 2 stalks of celery, fresh cut green beans, lentils, about 5 small russet potatoes. How many calories do you think are in this soup per cup? Thanks mamas ;)

    If you have a smart phone, you can download "My fitness pal" (pretty sure that's what it's called" and you enter in all the ingredients and it will tell you all you need! :)

     Oh not a clue. I don't count calories, never have. I just make sure what I'm eating it healthy and it's always worked. Sorry I'm no help.

    Well I looked up the calories in lentils and it says 229 per cup. The potatoes are 134 each w/o skin and 168 with. The succotash came up with anything from 98 to 268 depending on the kind. All the veggies should add up to about 100 or less. Hope this helps.

     I don't count calories but sound filling, healthy and good : )
