Hourly or more except at night when it's 1-2 hours. Baby is 4wks -
3 1/2 months. I change her as needed or at every feeding regardless of if its dirty. -
Hmmm Probably every 2 hours, more or less.
He is 12 months old.

At 8 months, every 2-3 hours or as needed.
I don't change him at night anymore. -
At 4 months, as needed and either before or after a feeding. Always gets a clean, dry diaper before I lay him down to bed.
I still put vaseline on his bum before bed or when I am going somewhere and think he might be in his wet diaper for longer than about 3 hours. Makes me feel like his skin is more protected from the wetness and helps to prevent a rash, especially when his skin is just starting to look a little red, diaper rash cream for 2 or 3 changes, then vaseline to pretect the skin while it recovers.
Most times when I change him, I let him have about 10 minutes of diaperless time, to let his skin dry out really well after the really wet diapers.

She is 18 months and I change her approx every 2-3 hours, or as needed. We're working on potty training, so it's getting less and less often. -
My ds is almost 15 months and I change his diaper every 2-3 hrs or as needed.

Once a day. Yep..........................because she just wears one overnight, lol.

Dd is 11 months. I change her 3-4 times from 8am-8pm unless she poops extra. Then she wears Huggies Overnights at bedtime.
