Change the nipple on my dd's bottles? She's 3 1/2 mos. and she's been using the same 0-3 month nipples since she was born.

Is she getting breast milk in the bottles or formula? -
My kids used slow flow nipples from beginning to the end of using bottles (12 mo).

Well as they get older don't they need a faster flow? Or doesn't it matter?

As they get older they can handle a faster flow, so they can finish their bottle faster. It's all about convenience. You can try a Stage 2, if she doesn't choke on it, you're good.

If she seems like she's sucking extra hard or struggling you can get the next size flow up and see how she does. -
Zach only used stage 1. All my kids did. They didn't seem to care -
