I'm 31 weeks pregnant with twins and lately I've been feeling a whole lot of pressure and pain in my pelvic region both front side and back. Do you think they may have dropped?

I think they're probably just adding extra pressure because there is 2 of them. -
It's possible but I dealt with pressure the whole time in that area : ( I would imagine with twins there would be a lot of pressure!

I would tell your doc. Are you on weekly appointments now? -
I have an ultrasound Monday, they're in the same office as the OB so I'm gonna stop in and ask about that and a wierd pop sound I heard the other day. I'm starting twice a week at 32 weeks, (next Tuesday)

I'm 34 weeks and I have been feeling pressure and pain also. I think it's normal. This baby is bigger than my last one. I would talk to your doctor though....

I felt pressure with my dd. She wasn't huge but she was larger than my first baby. Also had some cramping -

it's twi babies so it could be the pressure from that. Congrats:)
