Bleeding is different for every person and pregnancy. Also if you over do it after baby comes and also play one factor into it. Anywhere from a week to 6 weeks and some rare cases longer.
Yes baby's sleep a lot when they are first born.

How long will I bleed and do babies normally sleep a lot when they are first born ? -
If you mean postpartum bleeding, it depends on your labor. Mine lasted between 1 and 8 weeks (one week for an easy labor, 8 weeks for an induced labor). If your nipples are bleeding and it is your first ever breast feeding experience, only a day or two. Be sure to use ointment after every feeding. If it lasts longer then that the babys latch is wrong and you should talk to a consultant.

All those questions vary for each person. For me, milk came in around 24/36 hours after birth. Bleeding: do you mean partum or breasts? For newborn sleep patterns, most newborns sleep a lot during the day. -
Ok, yes, that depends on your labor. Most women bleed for four weeks.
