No. My almost 5 yr old wears 4t top and 3t pants. My almos 2 yrnold wears 3t top and 2t pants -
DD is 11 months but wears 12-18 months clothes. She wears an 18m jacket that's a hand me down from her cousin (who didn't wear it until she was 3 lol). So she runs a little bigger. She's in the same size diapers as her cousin who is turning 2 the day before she turns one.

Rory is 8.5 months and can wear 3-6m and 6-9m clothes :) Just depends on the brand!
