I want to give it to someone in need.

I would try to find someone close to you that needs them. I wouldn't think you could donate them to a harvest house or anything if they are opened diapers. I could really used them, but I'm in Texas. -
A local church maybe for use in their nursery or to hand out to those in need -

I would think a women's shelter would be the number one place. That's what I would do. -
