How much is fair to pay your neighboor that watch your 8 mths old for 15 hrs.

When I was a nanny I babysat a 4 and 6 year old and made $15 an hour. -
I'm not sure what the average rate around here, but when I asked her how much she want to charge she's like give me what ever you think is fair

Between 7-10 dollars an hr depending on circumstances and rates in your area... -

100 sounds fair -
10 a hr I think is the rate.
