    My hubby wanted to and I wanted him too. But I was bleeding and it was kinda a mess so the Dr cut it. This time we are definately gonna try to get the Dr to let Dh if their is nothing stopping that.

    With DS1, my mom did. Dh was too scared!
    With DS2, dh cut the cord

    I had to have a c section w this both. They didn't ask my Dh. :(. I have no idea who do it:(
