I have toys on layaway at Toys R Us. Right now its just thier 3 big gifts. I might go back and add more to it. I will need to get them at least two smaller things each.

Probably not. We just set a budget and try to stay within it. Plus, since our son will only be 1, and we will be traveling out of state to see my family over Christmas, we aren't going to buy a whole lot.
