I really really want my kids names in an ankle tattoo. I know it hurts from what I've heard.
I already have a large fairy on my lower back.

It didn't hurt me. My lower back hurt more than my ankle. -
Good to know! Then again it's been 7 years since I got it so the memory is fuzzy. But I've had 2. 9+ pound babies since then... Lol

my ankle didn't hurt too bad, more like a sun burn than anything. Take some Ibuprofen about an hour before you go and it won't be bad.

My ankles were the least painful (I have both feet, left wrist, right shoulder blade, & the back of my neck)

for ya... I would think that since you have one on your lower back that you would be able to handle the pain on your ankle.
