I have some canned pumpkin leftover from last night's dinner. (pumkin-alfredo tortellini- yum!)
I'm looking at pumpkin bread recipes which are all similar, and would also like to use some plain greek yogurt I have in the fridge.
Is that something I can just ADD, or should I REPLACE something? It's all very simple stuff like flour, sugar, spice, etc.
I'd probably replace the oil/butter? I'm no expert... but that's what I would try. Or, make a topping for it?
I was going to use applesauce for the oil but I think you're right, that's where it would usually be subsituted...
