Hey Moms. I dont know whats up with my abdomenal area, I have had this issue for over a year after I had my baby.I always get movment in my upper abdominal area and few times in lower area, and sometimes my whole abdomen blows up/pressure feeling. It happens randomly. I  have also took pregnancy tests in case, but they all came out negative. I just last week had a check up and ultra sound but am still waiting to see. Can any of you tell me what could this be.  I'm annoyed of it.

Did you go to see a GI specialist or just primary care doctor?  I am thinking something with bowels or gall bladder.

yes I have already gone to see my doctor and told her everything. I also got a full ultrasound there but am waiting for results. and just saying, that I started getting these symptoms after my baby was about 6 months old, and now he is 2. So I don't know what it is.

It sounds like gas to me. I never got that until I had kids and now when I'm not pregnant I get those "phantom baby movements." My mom said she started getting them after having kids too. She'll even have times where just a little part sticks up like it's a foot or elbow or something and it's hard and then it goes back down. All randomly. We've joked that it's God's way of making women want more babies. It makes us miss the feeling and knowing of having a baby growing inside of us. :-)

When you are pregnant the baby pushes your organs, muscles, ligaments, and fat into new locations and they don't necc go back. It can easily cause discomfort and as many have said before, lots of trapped gas.

Hopefully that is all it is. Feel well soon.

I would go back and tell him/her about your symptoms.
