Help! soaked wall to wall carpet in a rental!

How do I get it dry? Is there any tricks I've been using all my towels and a fan its still wet. Please help!

    It will have to be replaced. Even when the carpet dries, the padding and subfloor will hold moisture.

    I don't know how it happened I got home from work and the carpet in the hall way was soaked

    it could be a leek, or something wrong with the plumbing. Did you tell the manager ? Don't wory, they will fix it, you shouldn't be responsible

    I called the emergency number they told me to call after the office opens

    maybe a leak? They will have to come and check it out and they have to take care of it.

    If it's going to be saved they will have to have a pro company come in and dry the carpet out.  Just do your best to get as much as you can dried up.

    They have to fix the problem. That could cause black mold.
