Advice for Moms
How do you guys make time for yourself? I have 4 kids from the ages of 4-9 and I find I never have time for anything. How can I make time for me?

I take advantage of the time I have after my kids are in bed. I read, take a bath, watch TV.

I have the same problem! I am a SAHM and so my daughter rarely wants anyone BUT me. On top of that I'm going back to school.

Same as op. I also take trips to the store alone or I get up an hour before everyone and drink my coffee undisturbed. :)

I look forward to my shower everynight. I also go to starbucks and have coffee, surf the Internet there, or scrapbooking.

Make it a priority! You need time for yourself to re-charge and be a good mom! Tell the kids that, you will be modeling good self care.
