Advice for Moms
So I have had type1 diabeties since I was younger and I just got on the pump recently. My sugars have been good so far, but of course being pregnant 6months 2weeks I know I need an increase in insulin but of course the one week.my doctor has to be out of town I need help what should I.do I can't gave my sugars going this high while pregnant.. What should I do please any advice will be good right now?

Talk to a different doctor if necessary. :/ I don't know much about diabetes so here's a bump.

Definitely talk to a different doctor or even a nurse could possibly help you with this. I would continue to eat healthy and all that stuff. Maybe go to maternity department of hospital for help as well.

The ADA website can help, as well as another doctor. I was diagnosed with Type 2 just 3 months before I became pregnant, so I am dealing with wonky glucose numbers too! Do you have a diatician that you consult with? If so, that person should be able to help.
