twinkle toes.... can you wash them??

We've have a major stomach bug going around our house, was at the hospital all day with my youngest for dehydration... On the way home my 4 year old puked all over the back seat of my car. Her shoes are covered! The white parts are now brown & they stink. They light up so I was wondering if I can put them in the washer? They were 50 friggin bucks and she's only had them for 3 months. I guess if not I'll just, have to get her new shoes.

Thanks.

you think you could because they would get wet if it rains, I would try and see what happens.

Yes you can!!! My daugther has two pairs and they have been in the washing machine many times!!! Just wash them on the gentle cycle and let them air dry!!!

I'd wash them by hand. It's better than being soaked in water.

I've washed them. The twinkling feature survives washing, but the jewels fall off easily, so in retrospect, I'd put the sneaks in a pillowcase before washing, and air-dry them somewhere warm.
