Has anyone tried the Alli diet pills and if so how did they work for you? Any side effects?

I haven't but I've heard about nasty side effects so I wouldn't want to.

They are all bad. Old fashioned way, lose by making a life change, not diet.

Nope I won't take anything. I had to work hard for what I have and it's daily maintenance. The good news is it's worth it though. I look at myself and am glad for it every day.  :)

That's what I've read. You leak pooh & have to wear a pad.

Totally agree with the other lady who said life style change!!! A couple months ago I made a life style change for my whole family. We eat nothing but frozen or fresh fruits and veggies and of course meat with dinner..  I have lost 11lbs without exercise, I will be adding exercise soon though!!

I don't trust any diet pills personally
