Are you crafty? Can you sew? I know quite a few moms that make good money making kids clothes or accessories.

Stand on a local corner and hold a sign..... Pregnant with second child need money.   Otherwise i have no clue unless you have schooling or degrees for other work.   My mom did medical transcription from home but she had to drive the end work back into the office.

I trust you are computer literate. If so, how about starting a home-based business, offering website designs for any small businesses in your area.

Your job will be making them a simple webpage for their business.

Make calls to them, ask to speak to the manager, and ask them DO THEY HAVE A WEBSITE FOR THEIR BUSINESS. Let them know you can set them up a website in one day for probably less than a hundred dollars ...,that's your sales pitch..,

The websites you will set them up on are called: or Or - these three websites are very easy to work on and free to use and set up.

Before you make those calls to various small businesses, work on your website design skills.

Make yourself a website for your new home-based WEBSITE DESIGN SERVICES. -- GIVE YOUR NEW BUSINESS A GREAT NAME. - this will be just for practice and for you to master this easy skill.

Spend a little time working on these websites and learn their great and easy features. Then place an ad in your local newspaper offering Website Design Services. You may have to initially visit your client to find out all about their business and what services they want to highlight on this new website. Then go home and take your time designing your new client an awesome user- friendly website. You can take a look at mine and see how easy it is to set up.

    Mine are:

Also you can view: www.fundraisingtours.weebly .com

Bottom will take you about two hours to initially get website up and looking good. They may need to br tweaked from time to time, but that's usually pretty easy...JUST REMEMBER AND WRITE DOWN IN A LOG. "All" passwords and user names. You will also have to be able to make and give that company a brand new email account which you will use for setting up their site. IMPORTANT.. Write down all email addresses associated with your websites. You will be needing to log in and out of that companies site , even if you are at home in bed working or tweaking a clients site, even while eating Chunky Monkey.., so keep all passwords, user names , etc in a safe place.

I'd charge the smaller companies like $20 an hour . So if it takes you three hours, charge them $60.00 . And if they want you to change anything or make updates on the site , I'd charge about $10 for service calls. You may be able to do all this from your home

Try it !! If you have a friend who owns a business, use that friends business as your guinea pig, try out your skills - - then ask them for their honest opinion..,, that way , you will know how well you are doing..,or if you need a " sharper tool ". (Smile)

Make money by Adding Other Pages!
This can also be done by making that small business a Facebook Page as well.

Join your local chamber of commerce There will be tons of businesses (old and new) that don't have'll have them fighting over you .!!! Especially if you have a creative flair !! Best of luck to you and PLEASE tell me if you do decide to try this and how your clients feel about your website design!! Go for it !!!! And please let me know if you decided to embrace this business idea.

Some of my clients preferred me to come to their office and use their computer to set up , design and launch their sites.

If you can manage to completely set up and launch JUST TWO small websites every week at say $60 each, your income climbs to: almost $500 a month. And as you get better, you can do more than two a week. Then charge extra (and encourage them) stress the importance of having their business on Twitter and Facebook page as well.

So give it a shot !! And again, let me know how's it going !

P.S. I have to close for Ambien Sleeping Pills are creeping up on me ....zzzzz zzzzz. Zzz
If you need to talk to me personally , my numbers are on my fun bus websites . Good night !

From home, it's difficult unless you have a skill. I make fashion jewelry and post it on Etsy. I make some money with that but most is sold when I take it to work and show it to people. I'm also a Realtor and Consultant so I guess I get around some. lol. Jewelry is a hobby but I've been trying to push it and make it a business lately.

I was going to suggest make some craft and post to etsy too.

how much do you like kids? other ppls kids? lol....start a home based child care service. i did it when i became pregnant with my 1st and it was wonderful and i made good $ too. i loved that i could stay home with my baby and make $. plus she learned to socialize and "share" mommys attention. you would have to get licensed through the dept of health (thats how it works in nyc) which is really quick and easy. find out how to go about it in your area. if its something you would consider im here to help.

I write a blog, it doesn't really make any real money though haha. I'm also an independent consultant for Soylicious, which is only .99 to start, message me if you're interested. I also agree with learning a craft, when I was pregnant with dd I learned to make bows and tutus and sold those for a while. I also did eBay for a while with yard sale and thrift store stuff, but eBay has gotten hard over the past few years. Babysitting is also an option, im just not that kind of person haha. Good luck mama, you'll def find your niche!
