Sandy Hook fundraising relief page created 3 days before shooting, Google search results confirm EDIT
January 11, 2013 at 10:53 AM
Thank you to all FB users who asked me to investigate this claim, so I did, and amazingly it's TRUE. Google search results confirm that the local Sandy Hook fundraising relief page was created three days BEFORE the actual tragic event took place. This is confirmed with screen shots of the search results. Prove it to yourself: http://www.naturalnews.com/038633_Sandy_Hook_Google_search_results_December_11.html

The United Way of Western Connecticut said it rejects conspiracy theories claiming it knew about the Dec. 14 Newtown, Conn., school shooting three days in advance and leveraged that knowledge to raise money.

“It’s preposterous,” executive vice president Isabel Almeida told The Daily Caller Tuesday, dismissing what she called a “flawed” Google search result that suggests her organization issued a statement of condolence — and launched a support fund for the victims’ families — on Dec. 11.

That fund has raised more than $6 million, the group reported Jan. 4.

“United Way extends our most sincere condolences and prayers,” that statement read, “to all those families affected by the devastating events in Newtown/Sandy Hook, Connecticut. … Newtown is home. We will stand with the community and everyone affected directly and indirectly by this tragic event as we face the days and weeks ahead.”

The statement “went out the late evening hours of the 14th, probably between the hours of 10 p.m. and 11 p.m.,” Almeida told TheDC.

Asked if the statement existed in any form prior to Dec. 14, she replied that it was “obviously impossible.”

TheDC emailed a Google spokeswoman for comment, but the company has not responded.

A public relations firm contracted by the United Way of Western Connecticut, however, forwarded an email to The Daily Caller from an engineer at Google.

“This is a technical glitch on our end,” the engineer wrote. “[T]he date Google’s search engine first ‘saw’ the page was 12/14/2012 at 6:58pm. (We’re looking into a fix, but it may take some weeks.)”

Meanwhile, another Google search result is adding fuel to the fire. It shows a San Jose, Calif. woman’s private effort to raise money for the Newtown victims’ families. Google’s search result shows that Desaree Juarez’s fundraising page was created Dec. 13, one day before the shooting.

KNTV, the NBC television affiliate in San Francisco took note of it on Dec. 19; but the page, hosted on the “Go Fund Me” website, no longer exists. Google’s servers still have a record of it.

One YouTube user wrapped up both Google glitches into a presentation accusing news outlets, public safety officials and the parents of Newtown victims of a mass conspiracy.

“This thing was all made up. The entire media made it up. They’re all in cahoots. The media, the police, FEMA, the parents — every damn body — they’re all in it. And you know why they’re in it? The money. That’s not the only reason, because they like to do satanic freak-out crap, okay? But the money is one element for sure.”

Actually, I think she did. There are just some conspiracy theory nutjobs who actually believe our government sanctioned the murder of innocent children for gun control lobbying purposes. *sigh*

Oh, like the government would NEVER experiment on African American men like what happened in the fifty year Tuskeegee Syphilis Study between 1932 and 1972?  Or the radiation experiments on humans in the middle of last century for 30 or 40 years?  Or the Gulf of Tonkin lie in the 60's,where the government lied about warships engaging the North Vietnamese  to get us into the Viet Nam war, in which hundreds of thousands of lives were lost?

No, your government always has your best interests at heart and would never lie to YOU.  You are special.  It only lies to others for political expediency.   Right.

    Quoting talia-mom:

    1) It could be a glitch

    2) To actually think the goverment would schedule a massacre of children at an insignificant elementary in order to take guns is just brain dead

    3) Perhaps the original page was written on on the 11th to fundraise for something else and updated after the murders.

    Why?

Could this page have been created to raise funds for Hurricane Sandy relief? Or just as a general fundraiser? Or the whole thing is a hoax.

Didn't it just come out about the EPA doing some secret study?

I don't think 911 was a conspiracy and I don't think this is but I am not going to dismiss it all together. What makes you think people like that don't exists? Yes they do. You say someone would have a problem doing that but the government regularly pops out trained killers who admit to killing and killing kids. No one can argue that our government has done some shady things but this would be beyond them? Why? No one will dispute either that other countries do these things to obtain and keep power over their citizens. Why are we special? What would exclude an American government from doing the same things? Our people are obviously no better. When someone can answer me that, ill be more willing to dismiss the "out there" theories. Hell everyone loved hitler (hence how became so powerful and persuasive in the first place) and there was just no way he'd do those things till he was in a position where he could and no one could fight it then bam. Why are we different? Even our own KNOWN, government confirmed, military tactics point to that train of thought. And yes social media is everywhere so why would/could it not work both ways. You seem to think, and correct me if im wrong, that random crap on social media spurs conspiracy theories but how do you know with 100% certainty that it isn't working the other way around. Well again, of course you'd know with 100% certainty because that would be the way it is supposed to work. Kwim
Look I don't "believe" anything but im not going to be naive as to say it could/would/has never happen/ed. History proves otherwise. I don't lose sleep over it or feverishly dig for evidence on stuff. What's the point? Can't do anything about it if it is true.
You want to try to be insulting with the tin foil crap hat fine, ill be happy to be dubbed with a tin foil hat, whatever, but im not afraid and not willing to just accept everything told to me is the truth by people known to lie. Im not scared to think that we are no different.

    Quoting talia-mom:

Because the people that would pull this off in this country don't exist.   The masses are too stupid.  Social media is everywhere.   And someone would have a problem with shooting kids in the head point blank range.

You play with your tin foil hats all you want.   I plan on living in the real world.

Let me guess, you think 9/11 was an inside job so President Bush could attack Saddam?

    Quoting masonmomma:

#2 other governments do those thing and our government knowingly kills plenty of kds overseas so why is this such a far stretch? What makes America so special that those things wouldn't happen here?

Im not saying it is true or not but given the history of our government alone, why dismiss it. I haven't looked at the "evidence" specifically questioned in this post but im shocked at how many people think like this (your #2). How are we suddenly special?

An insignificant town something like that would never happen in... that is our mentality (proven by your #2 imo) so when it does, its even more terrifying. Now why would our government be so ok with killing people kids in a ton of other insignificant places (as tranquilmind suggests) but not here? Are you prepared to show us something confirming that the things mentioned never happened? If not, then answer, why is here or sandy hooks any different or more special that they wouldn't do it?

Have you seen the pictures of slain 6 year old with obama after the shooting? Also the video of her dad laughing saying "are we ready?" Then cuts.to him crying? I'm not saying it didn't happen, I'm saying there are some oddities going on.

That seems more far fetched than the government pulling off these murders. However , I find it ironic that our government was trying to be all hush hush about signing the ATT with the UN just a few short months ago. Even still they aren't making much noise about what they are entertaining with regard to the ATT - but yeah, whose hiding shit? The NRA is exposing these efforts and trying to get the word out but interestingly enough, not even the media is covering it. Wonder why? Ha - Reynolds should see an influx of sales in the near future!

    Quoting Erinelizz:

Maybe gun manufacturers and the NRA are behind the whole thing. Gun sales have been through the roof ever since this tragedy. Heck, gun sales spike after any mass shooting like this, so maybe they're behind all of them. Definitely more plausible than a glitch or typo, right? ;-)

    Quoting trippyhippy:

Oh sure there is much higher of a chance that our government slaughtered 2 rooms full of toddlers to enact gun control, then that Google's search was wrong about the date. lol

The time the servers "sees" something is going to be based on the time zone the server is located.  If it released at around 10pm Eastern and the server is in on the West Coast that would be correct.
