When they went to the superbowl, I was 5 or 6 months pregnant. In 2 weeks time we built a new addition to our house, JUST to house the monster TV we bought JUST to watch the Seahawks at the superbowl. My husband and his friend spray painted "Go Sehawks, '06' Champions" (Yes that is misspelled and he had to try and fix it) along with a giant Seahawks symbol. (ETA: And it was for the '05 season, not '06... we got quite a few comments on that one lol) In my labor pictures, I'm in the inflatable tub in the living room, and you can see it scrawling across the wall.
Needless to say, the house was filled with sounds of rage today when whoever it was dropped the ball when it should have been a touchdown. I had to leave the room to get the baby, so I missed it and saw the replay, and I swear my husband literally had spit flying from his mouth as he screamed unintelligently at the TV. What happened to my sweet man who cuddled all of my newborns to his bare chest while he hummed to comfort them so I could get some sleep???
