Which names are you ready to see gracefully fade away from popularity?? Are there any you felt have overstayed their welcome???
What names would you like to see take their place?
I can't wait to see that go. I can't believe there are still parents using it.
Jennifer is a name I know a lot of people like I can't understand why.
Names to take their place??
There are several "trendy" names that I think are pretty and I'm okay with them taking over.
How about Aisling instead of Ashley and Juniper instead of Jennifer?

Names that are overused...
The ---aden theme (Caden, Hayden, Aiden, Braiden, etc.) also the K--lee theme (Kaylee, Kylie, Kelly, Keelie, etc.)
Other names I feel have overstayed their welcome...
Jessica, Ellie, Emma, Abby --- I just hear so many of them.
Classic names--names that have history like Emma, Sophia, and Isabella--are overused but I am okay with their popularity. It feels like it's just their time to shine for a while.
The ones I wish would gracefully bow out: Brooklyn, Kaylee, Aaliyah, Nevaeh (especially Nevaeh), Khloe, Genesis, Serenity, Makayla, Mackenzie, and Trinity.
Nothing against most of those, I just feel they have more impact as unique names; not top hundreds.
Ones I would like to see take their place:
Ruby, Joy, Bridget, Lana, Cynthia, Lucille, Thalia, Adelaide, Miriam, and Diana.
I have a soft spot for the classics; I think they deserve special affection :)
