Defrosting lasagna by Valentine's Day??

I had made an extra mixed meat lasagna (chicken, beef and sausage) and wanted to defrost by Valentine's day but forgot to put it out on Tuesday.  Do you think if I put it out in the morning that it will be defrosted by then??  It is super thick!
