Baking 101
I just got my first convection oven. It has an autoadjust mechanism so that automatically converts a recipe's bake time to a convection setting, but I'm wondering if there is anything else I need to know about using this type of oven.
Any tips?

Thanks!! I have an LG that when in convection mode automatically adjusts normal cook temps to convection temperatures. Thank goodness, because having to do the math to convert would strain my brain!!
And it is much quieter than my old range. I am on propane and that sucker used to sound like it was going to explode every time it would heat up!! LOL!
