I know I do. I just finished making a batch of cookies from a new recipe I found that claimed to make soft cookies and dammit. They're right. Now I've eaten two and want a third. The secret ingredient is cornstarch, apparently. And I made my cookies way bigger than the recipe called for and still baked for exactly 10 minutes. They are perfect.

I have to make these! I do not like crispy chocolate chip cookies. They have to be soft and chewy. I'm not picky about a lot of foods, but this is definitely one food I'm very picky about.

I like the crispy/chewy ones best, but let's be serious, I'd never turn down a chocolate chip cookie.

I make mine with cake batter and they are so soft and delicious
I use yellow cake for regualr choco chip cookies, strawberry cake with white chips, and french vanilla cake with butterscotch chips

I read somewhere that any type of cookie is way better if you use bread flour instead of any other kind of flour. I am going to try that with these cookies

Made these again last night for kids to take to their bible study group. We made 1/2 of the recipe --because these are to dangerous to have around !!! LOL
You know what I mean - we will eat them all.
