Homemade, Healthy Berry Granola
November 12, 2012 at 12:05 PM

This is a recipe we posted on our Facebook this morning as we are on a mission to bring women healthy in vitality in a delicious way!

    3 cups rolled oats
    2 cups shredded, sweetened coconut
2 cups mixed dried fruit (I used blueberries and cranberries here)
2 cups mixed walnuts and almonds

3/4 cup fresh apple or orange juice (I used a combo of the two)
    3 tbs. brown sugar
2 tbs. extra virgin olive oil

In a roasting pan mix together the oats, coconut, nuts, olive oil, brown sugar, and juice mix. Bake on 350 for roughly 45 minutes, stirring throughout the cooking process.

When toasted all over--take out of the oven and let cool. Mix in dried fruit, serve, and eat scensibly!
