Hi ladies, I am new here. Just found this site and am loving it!
I am in search of a good self help book geared for women empowerment. I really need to start learning how to love myself and not count on my husband for my self worth. I think I have a big time co-dependency issue as well, so anything that u have heard of or read urself and could recommend would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

I would recommend Facing Co-dependence by Pia Melody. It is really good.

Robin McGraw (Dr. Phil's wife) has 2 good books that are easy to read and inspirational that would be perfect! From my Heart To Yours and Inside My Heart: Guided Journal you can find them online and I think Barnes and Nobles carries them as well.
