I'm at work right now but my brain keeps drifting away and kinda falling asleep unles I'm munching on something...but that is not good for my diet...any suggestions?
Chewing gum?Or Lifesavers?I always keep some Sweet Tarts on hand while I'm at work.I don't eat a ton(don't need any more cavities)but I have 1 now and then to help me concentrate.
When I get like that I usually need water and/or protein.

Me too! Try drinking lots of water you are probably dehydrated.

I dont really like celery...but I've been munching on apples dipped in peanut butter :)
