I have a night job so I take melatonin and valerian root to sleep. Reading or studying something boring usu helps me become tired
I started taking ZZZQuil. So far, so good.
Before that, cm, netflix, hulu, ebay....I could stay up for hours and hours. I try to stay away from pinterest when my insomnia kicks in. It's such a timesuck, I could end up being on there for hours!!!! When I'm rested, it's a go though!
