The easiest for me was with my fourth/ youngest child. I lost the 50 pounds I gained in just 8 weeks , just from breast feeding! I remember because I had lost it all by my postpartum checkup with my OB/GYN. With the first three it took about a year to lose the 50 pounds and I had to eat right and exercise.
(I gained 45 - 50 pounds, and had 9 pound babies).

When I was pregnant everyone said I was "all baby" and I breastfed pretty much exclusively for the first 6 months. She had a few bottles of my milk and formula maybe once or twice. Thankfully I dropped the weight pretty quick but I'm not toned at all anymore.

I didn't try too hard til I was done BFing then I jumped it into gear. Actually got to my wedding weight! I started with a juice cleanse and then replaced one meal every day with a fresh juice (mostly veggie). of course i worked out, too. feels great! i think i'm even in better shape than i was before the babies.
