What phrases annoy you in common conversation

There are lots, but "I know, right?" is at the top of the list right now, even though >I< say it. Also, totes (as in totally), Preesh (as in I appreciate it) and Dude.

"I seen". That drives me nuts. It's "I saw" or "I have seen".
Also, "it is what it is". well...duh. lol!

"Literally" when it's not appropriate. "She literally drove me crazy". No, she didn't or you would be in a straight jacket.

"Irregardless". It's not a word! Some very intelligent people I know use it and grates nerves.
