40ish and beyond...
Who is really tall or just overall large person (not short and fat) I'm talking like over 6'3 or more (I consider 6'2 average for a man because that's how we grow them in my family haha).
Joe and I went out last night and ran across a friend of ours I hadn't seen in awhile and I forgot how tall he was...he wears a 42/40 in jeans!! Can you imagine a 40 length? I do know him and Joe wear the same size shirt because of their long arm length and long body length..because we used to fight over the shirts that a local western store carried.
His nickname is sasquatch....hahaha

My first cousins are tall and my uncle is as well, but my cousins are taller.

LoL @ 6'2" being average.... we must be hobbits.
The average man in our family is about 5'9"... we were THRILLED when my son hit 5'10"!!! Im among the tall women at 5'4".... my mom, daughter, sil are all under 5'2".
An acquaintance of mine through the elementary school has a husband of about 6'7".

Oh yeah, come from a tall family..on my dad's side. He was 6'4, my mid. sister is 6'1 but I got stuck at 5'9 lol..... My uncle Churchie is 6'5 and just looking up at him as a child made my neck hurt LOL...well the leisure suits he wore too LOL

My BIL is 6'4" but skinny as a rail - he weighs 140-150! I'm not sure of his exact size but he's extremely thin a though he has pit on a bit of weight now that he's in his mid-40s.

Well, I guess I think of folks being on the shorter side of things ... My dh is 5/7 on a good day ... I am 5/7 !! But seems that I am a bit taller then he is.. I think 6 foot is average but 5/9 is probably all my two oldest wi be my youngest may top out at 5/11 6 foot!! 😄 -
I come from a tall family where the men are over 6 ft. I am 5'6 my mom is 5'8. My one cousin is 6'7 weight 300 pounds and drove a VW bug. Having hub against the men in my family is fun he is only 5'7. Lol -
