A bit of history dh is on the wheat belly diet ( self imposed, nothing medical, just wanted to lose his muffin top) so i have tried to be supportive of this the past 4 weeks got the cookbook, bought stupidly expensive almond flour, no wheat crackers, made him garbonzo bean flour bread, flaxseed wraps and almond four brownies, the kids and i have eaten things i sure didnt think we would, so today im making granola for his breakfast! I come in and our ds tattles on his dad saying that he was eating doritos! I told my ds i wasnt dhs food police and hope its a sign we can eat a little healthier in the new yr without all the bells and whistles of this wheat belly heck we are in! Lol on my ds tattling on the doritos eating dad! Hugs everyone!
