HI, my name is Beth. I am a mom of 5 & grandma to 1 (so far!) My kids are 22, 22, 20, 19 & 6. Yes there is a large gap there! I have been married for 23yrs. I am a volunteer firefighter & a work from home mom! Most of my time is spent sitting which has helped me to gain weight! I have lost 40lbs in the last 10 months, but struggle with the motivation to work out. I get depressed off & on & that adds to me not wating to do anything. I still am losing which is great, but need that motivation to move. Anyone have any suggestions?
