I am thinking about getting this procedure done called Resurrect. It is a form of sterilization. Since I older and close to menopause I don't want to have any accidental pregnancies. My health will be at risk if I was to get pregnant again. My BF thinks that we should just continue to use the rhythum method and he is scared that something may happento me. What do you think?

Never heard of it. This is something to talk to your doctor about. -
I have and it was the Dr. idea that I do the procedure. It is when two pieces of plastic that they put in your fallopion tubes and scar tissue grows and block the tubes. It is like getting your tubes tied without having the surgery.

If you don't want children, take care of yourself. Get as much info as possible before you make a choice.

According to what another poster described, it sounds like what I have but mine is Essure. I highly recommend it. No fuss, no muss, and no hormones. -
I googled resurrect birth control and nothing came up.

From what you're describing it sounds similar to the Essure. I would make sure to do a lot of research on whichever method you choose because I have heard both good and bad about many different types. Good luck!

I have essure and it was very simple procedure to have done....no cutting,pain was very bearable -
If you are for sure you are odne, I would go with it.

I agree with the others, take care of yourself. If you dont want more kids thats the responsible thing to do. Do your homework though first. -
Ive never heard of it. My doc said pills my age would be risky. Id look into it thoroughly.
