Since I was 4 months pregnant I have talked to his father 1 time. I called him to get info to start the custody case.
I was watching the election results when the phone range. It was the BF. I have been talking to him for the last 3 hours.
I had been saying I wasn't angry but now I know I have let it go. Though he said he missed me I let him know that I wasn't interested but would love to have him be a part of DS's life. I told him that being friends would be great.
He wants to come for Christmas. He also promised to tell his dad this week and his mother when she came up for Thanksgiving.
I don't know if I believe him so I asked him to call tomorrow to show he was serious about doing the right thing. A part of me wants to relish this but am worried he won't follow through.
At least it was pleasant tonight and I do hope it will work out.
