No pain, no gain. I try to run everyday but sometimes I just can't. I've seen some weight gain due to that. SO, I'm back on the running path starting this weekend. It's cool now and that's the best time to go running. No sweating and there's not that many runners in the way, LOL! Good for you for watching your weight and trying to stay healthy. It's not easy to workout with pain in the way. ; )
