Momma's help me finances please.

I am a single mom of two daughters. I have a monthly income of 1749 a month,
I budget the following...

526.00 mthly/ for food
personal bill is 161.
car insur. 98.
cell 50.
fast food 100
diapers 30.00
gas 80.

I do not have a car payment, and do not pay rent. I am trying to save up 2800.00 by april 9th. for a personal vacation with myself and boyfriend. I am wanting us to get away for a few days I have not been on any kind of vacation in 5 years. Can you please tell me if its possible to save this much monthly, and also, can you tell me why i feel guilty for wanting to go away with my boyfriend. I have never left my children and even went on a vacation. I feel i could spend that 2800 on my children. Its very frustrating for me. I would appreciate any help from you mommas.

I think a couple things may be missing: utilities (you only said you didn't pay rent), emergency fund (if you can save for a vacation, you should be able to put a little away for an emergency), copays/medication money, etc.

Also, on the total of what you have budgeted vs your monthly income, you're short $704.00 - where does that money go?
