How much sleep do you get each night?
October 1, 2013 at 10:01 AM

I went to asleep around 11, got up at 6:30 like usual and feel like I didn't sleep a wink.

How much sleep do you get each night? Is it enough?

About 6 hours. It is not enough, I wish I had more.

If I get 6, I feel even more exhausted, and if I get less than that, I'm pretty much useless the next day, lol.

I got bed between 11 and midnight and wake up between 8 and 9. So I get 8-10 hours and it is enough for me most days.

Usually less than 6 hours. Last night I crashed as soon as DS went to bed (8) and didn't wake up until the alarm went off at 7:45. I'm still tired, but I feel so much better than usual. I guess I really needed to catch up a little on all of the lost sleep.
