Im new to this site. Me and my husband have been married for 3 years and are ready to have a baby... Im just really confused about everything. Is it true it can take a year for birth control to leave your system?
When I was on Depo, my doctor said it would take 18 months to leave my system. By the time 18 months had passed, I had a 3 month old daughter. Also, I got pg with our son the first month off the pill.
So, yeah it can be true, but not necessarily.
A lot depends on not only the kind of bc but also your system. All you can do is enjoy trying. Who knows maybe you'll get pregnant after the first time.
Welcome to CafeMom,I am not sure but perhaps you could ask your doctor?have fun trying! Nice to meet you :)
Welcome to CM, I'm sorry I don't know the answer to your question, but I'm sure someone will.
Yes, it can take 6-12 months. For some though, it does not take as long. There are some great TTC groups on here you can check out =)
Thanks.. At least there is hope lol..
Hi Welcome to the group! You should also check out the Trying to Conceive group!
